So today I tidied my desk a bit and thought I’d show you how I have it set up so that I can pack my orders easily each day.
I’ve just added a brand new super colourful print, nail transfers and card to my shop:
I visited Japan in 2016, it was incredible and it’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to go. Following on from last year’s Bonsai print I have a new collection available which combines some of my favourite bits of our trip along with some things we didn’t quite manage to see (the snow monkeys will have to wait for our next visit!).
It’s now too late for delivery by Christmas.

After 6 months of working in my lovely new home studio I thought I’d give a little peek at where I work…
A while ago now, photographer India Hobson visited my home studio with her camera, this was all part of an exciting project with Folksy to produce a really lovely book with the help of Sheffield based publishers du.st. We are currently trying to raise funds for this project and that’s where you can help… by pledging £17 or more you will get your own copy of the book and various extras the more money you can pledge .
The photographic work has already been done and a prototype book designed. Find all the info here about how to support the kickstarter project to fund the production and publishing of the 1st edition book, shipped in the UK in time for Christmas.
“Revealing Craft is a photographic project, about how the slow stuff gets made, the things that take time, skill and effort. It is a largely invisible world of small home studios, spare rooms and kitchen tables and of expert techniques learnt over thousands of hours of practice often handed down from generations.”
